Built From Lived Experience
Real estate became personal before it became professional.
Before I ever helped clients navigate major life transitions, I lived through them myself.
I've cared for aging parents, helped family through difficult decisions, rebuilt after divorce, raised two children, and experienced firsthand how quickly life can change. Those experiences taught me that moving isn't just about property. It's about people, timing, and making thoughtful decisions when life feels uncertain.
That's why I created HOUSE-OLOGY™.
Not simply as a real estate brand, but as a practical decision-making framework built around a simple belief: life comes first. Property decisions follow.
Today I'm a Toronto real estate broker with Real Broker, and I help people navigate the decisions that come with life's turning points: buying and selling, downsizing, empty nesting, caregiving and changing how or where they live. I take the time to understand the person, the circumstances and the life behind the move, so the strategy is shaped around what actually matters to them.
I work with buyers and sellers throughout Etobicoke, with a particular focus along Toronto's western waterfront and neighbouring South Mississauga communities. My approach is calm, strategic and practical: clarity before urgency, and preparation before pressure.
Thoughtful guidance. Clear decisions. A move that fits the life ahead.
It all comes down to three simple stages.
