Michelle is an expert agent. I have recommended and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family. She completely understood what we wanted, in addition, she provided deep insight into things we were not aware, for example, pointing out if an area had no up side potential, teaching us what to avoid as we looked for a home. In addition, she was able to make the financing happen. 

Although we were pre-approved by the bank, Michelle could see that the pre-approving agent had made assumptions that would have caused the financing to fail. She was not pushy at all, but as soon as we made our minds up, she was like a dog to a bone trying to make it work for us. She is very thorough, definitely someone you want on your side when home hunting.
